Product Description

Using the most advanced technology our PP filler compound is produced from ultra-fine particle size and excellent whiteness coated calcium carbonate powder and first grade polymer with the necessary additives, it provides better mechanical properties to the film, it has good ink adhesion, low COF, and stronger heat seal strength. PP filler compound is  delivered asWhite color free granulated pellets and will not produce dust or fines during handling or storage.PP filler compound leads to increase the productivity and improve the polymer processing, since the additional of calcium carbonate result in increased volumetric output and adding of plasticizer with lubricants will lead to improve the extrusion and injection process.
PP filler compound is PP base polymer and the Maximum particle size of the Calcium Carbonate is 6m which is especially for flat film extrusion, PP yarn, PP strap, and PP blow molding.
